3. After confirming the order and completing the payment, Dtchem Laboratories,(Gan Su) Co.,Ltd will send the goods to the customer.

Product packaging
According to the nature of products and customer requirements packaging. Customers do not have specific requirements, we will be based on the nature of the product, for a small amount of products, the general use of brown glass bottles or white PTFE bottles for packaging, our products are sealed sealed anti-theft packaging bottles. Do not use sealed bags or plastic bags for packaging; for large packaging products, in accordance with the nature of the product and customer requirements for packaging.

Transport
Under normal circumstances, we pass through, SF, FedEx, UPS, DHL, TNT or EMS courier door delivery service. Large packaging products with the customer through the contract logistics contract. If you need to develop a courier company for transport, please agree in the contract or advance notice.

Delivery time

Price and payment terms
China's domestic customers in RMB, foreign customers all prices are in dollars and FOB Shanghai dollars. All offers are valid for 30 days and are subject to change without notice. Under normal circumstances, the initial cooperation of our products to the delivery, custom products based on the amount of the contract, prepaid 10 to 50% of the advance payment, the contract otherwise agreed or signed long-term cooperation agreement with the exception of customers. For those products that have already signed the contract and have started production, the transaction can not be settled due to customer reasons, and the deposit and prepayment are not refundable. The buyer is responsible for the transaction costs of all overseas banks.

Use and liability of hazardous chemicals
Many chemicals are dangerous. All products must be kept by the familiar hazards of chemicals and laboratory professionals. All compounds are limited to laboratory studies and are not intended for humans or animals. The customer must keep the chemicals in accordance with the current legislation.

Patent
In some countries for patented products, we will not provide sales of such products in their country, once the infringement, the buyer is responsible. We sell products that are within the scope of US patents and are limited to R & D use. The customer must be responsible for his purchase.

Inspection

When receiving the goods, the user shall check the item number, packing specification, quantity, appearance and appearance of the goods according to the shipping order and keep it in accordance with the product storage requirements.
Users based on product quality standards for quality acceptance, product quality standards for the company COA quality standards. If you find the quality problem, the user should receive the goods within 7 working days (called "inspection period"), and our customer service contact, and provide quality basis in writing. Return

Please contact our customer service representative for product quality questions. We accept unconditional returns for products that we recognize quality problems.
In principle, some of the goods can not be returned to the seller, including but not limited to leaked or damaged chemicals, expired reagents, missing labels, refrigerated or frozen, Kaifeng products. There will be an additional charge for returns other than product quality issues. A 10% re-inspection and storage fee will be charged for the returned catalog product, but the minimum charge will be no less than RMB100.

 

Quality Warranty and Disclaimer
